Experienced Legal Leadership. Practical Business Counsel.

I’m Mialeeka C. Williams-Bibbs, a former General Counsel, business attorney, and engineer with more than 26 years of legal experience. I help growing companies, founders, creators, and mission-driven organizations navigate complex legal issues, protect what they are building, and move forward with confidence.

About Me

Mialeeka Williams-Bibbs is the Founder and Managing Principal of MCWB Law, where she serves as Fractional General Counsel and trusted legal advisor to growing businesses, technology companies, healthcare organizations, SaaS companies, regulated businesses, entrepreneurs, and mission-driven organizations.

With more than 20 years of legal experience and over a decade leading legal functions, Mialeeka helps organizations navigate complex commercial transactions, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, employment matters, intellectual property, AI governance, and business risk. She has served as General Counsel and senior legal executive for high-growth companies and global businesses, advising CEOs, founders, boards, and executive leadership teams through growth, transformation, and complex business decisions.

Before founding MCWB Law, Mialeeka served as General Counsel, Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary for C-Quest Capital; General Counsel for Kit Check, now Bluesight; Interim Counsel supporting Virence Health IT, now athenahealth; and Chief Counsel for McKesson Corporation’s U.S. Pharmaceutical Hospital Segment. Earlier in her career, she served as General Counsel for Addivant and held legal leadership roles with The Coca-Cola Company, and Rhodia/Solvay. She began her professional career as a Patent Examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, a Technical Sales Engineer with Nalco, and as an R&D Engineer with Procter & Gamble.

Mialeeka’s commitment to serving growing businesses is personal. As the granddaughter of a small business owner, she developed an early appreciation for the work, risk, and determination it takes to build and sustain a business. That perspective deepened while she was at The Coca-Cola Company, where she saw small businesses risk giving away valuable intellectual property rights because they lacked access to strategic legal guidance. That experience inspired her to found No Other IP, a consulting business focused on helping small businesses understand, protect, and leverage their intellectual property. Today, that same commitment shapes MCWB Law’s mission: to provide practical, business-focused legal counsel that helps founders, entrepreneurs, and growing organizations protect what they are building while pursuing growth with confidence.

Mialeeka earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Howard University. She is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and Georgia; registered before the United States Patent and Trademark Office; and admitted before the Supreme Court of the United States.

Her approach is practical, business-focused, and designed to help clients make smart decisions, move faster, and manage risk with confidence.
